  • WHAT ARE YOUR ENTRY FEES/REQUIREMENTS?
    At The Domain, we always accept walk ins. We normally have free entry unless we have a celebrity guest. We are strictly 21+.
  • WHAT ARE YOUR SEATING ARRANGEMENTS?
    We have regular seating including high top tables and VIP seating for people that want to meet a spend minimum or a bottle minimum. We always have seating on walk in, which is subject to availability.
  • WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
    on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturday brunch and Sunday, we have a casual dress code. On Friday night & Saturday night, we recommend to dress to impress and the following apply; TO MAINTAIN THE APPROPRIATE ATMOSPHERE FOR OUR PATRONS PROPER ATTIRE IS REQUIRED NO HOODIES NO BEANIES NO JERSEYS (EXCEPT APPROVED SPORTING EVENTS) NO SWEATS NO ATHLETIC WEAR NO BEACHWEAR NO FLATS, NO SLIDES NO HOUSE SHOES, NO SLIPPERS FASHIONABLE SANDALS ALLOWED FASHIONABLE SNEAKERS ALLOWED FASHIONABLE T-SHIRTS ALLOWED CLOTHING EMITTING OFFENSIVE ODORS IS NOT PERMITTED TO BE WORN ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY PLEASE NOTE, MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE AND OR UPDATE THE DRESS CODE AT ANY TIME ENTRY IS AT THE DOORMAN’S DISCRETION (MAY NOT BE ADMITTED)
  • WHAT IS OUR AGE REQUIREMENT?
    21+ ONLY. You must have a valid government issued photo ID.
  • WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
    Tuesday 5PM to 1AM *sometimes extended to 2AM Thursday 5PM to 1AM Friday 5PM to 2AM Saturday 12PM to 2AM Sunday 12PM to 11PM
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOST SOMETHING AT THE DOMAIN?
    All customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Included but not limited to: credit cards, keys, phones, wallets & purses. Ratio Houston is not responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or broken items. To check our lost & found, please contact 832-986-8987 through text message.
  • ARE YOU OPEN AFTER HOURS?
    We are only open during our business hours. We do not open after-hours.
  • IS IT BYOB?
    We do not allow any outside alcohol, We serve handcrafted cocktails and bottle service.
  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
    We accept cash, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
  • IS THERE PARKING AT THE DOMAIN?
    We have parking in front of the building that is normally free & we offer valet on select days.
  • IS THERE HOOKAH AT DOMAIN?
    Yes, we serve the best hookah in the city.
  • HOW LONG IS THE RESERVATIONS TIMESLOT?
    The reservation time slots for regular reservations are for two hours. This rule is only in effect when time and capacity has been reached. Extensions may be negotiated on a case by case basis as the two hour limit is only due to time and capacity when booking VIP sections with a bottle minimum or spend minimum, the space is normally yours for the whole night/day.
  • CAN WE SPLIT BILLS?
    We allow tabs to be split up to 5 ways max. Any additional would need to be on the same tab.
  • IS SERVICE CHARGE ADDED TO THE ORDER?
    We add an %18 service charge to each order.
  • DO YOU SERVE FOOD?
    Yes, please click on menu to see our food menu.
  • DO YOU OFFER TO-GO ORDERS?
    We offer to go orders, however we no longer accept phone or website orders so all to go orders have to be placed on walk in.
  • DO YOU SHOW SPORTING EVENTS?
    Yes we provide tv’s & mega screens for Sports and Current Events.
