Upon entering the premises, customers / guests (payment or otherwise) agree and agree to the terms and conditions on this page

DOMAIN HOUSTON HAS A SET CAPACITY LIMIT, TO GIVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL PARTIES ARE BOOKED

For security purposes and in order to maintain a secure environment at all times, security will screen both persons and bags entering according to the DOMAIN

Customers are solely responsible for their personal property, including but not limited to: CREDIT CARDS, KEYS, PHONES, WALLETS & PURSES

DOMAIN HOUSTON is not responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or broken items

DOMAIN HOUSTON is not liable for any bodily or physical injury including, but not limited to, charcoal, smoking, or slip/fall

For EMERGENCY SERVICE, SERVERS WILL CLOSED AFTER EVERY SERVICE DURING PEAK BUSINESS HOURS

Customers will be asked to leave rather than follow the rules or be aggressive and/or disruptive

If you order a HOOKAH FLAVOR and you don’t like it, you can change it by ordering a REFILL

The time limit is two hours - extensions can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis as the two-hour limit is purely due to time and capacity

Food Processing Notice: Please suggest if the foods prepared here contain the following ingredients: dairy, potatoes, meat, soybeans, legumes, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. Eating raw or cooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs can increase your risk of foodborne illness. 20% grace included on all transactions. All menu prices throughout the website will be taxed, and will be included with acknowledgments upon receipt. Your receipt will show the breakdown.

Dress Code Policy

At the Domain Houston, we have a casual dress code on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturday Brunch & Sunday. We recommend to dress to impress on Friday night and Saturday night.
